At Acticals Technologies (acticals.com), we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase of laptops, computer parts, gaming accessories, graphic cards, and related products. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer returns and refunds as per the guidelines below, in line with Indian e-commerce norms and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

  1. Return Window
  • Eligible products can be returned within 7–10 days from the date of delivery (standard for most electronics and computer components in India).
  • Some items may have a shorter or extended window—please check the specific product page for any “Non-Returnable” or special return labels at the time of purchase.
  1. Eligible Reasons for Return / Replacement

You can initiate a return or replacement for:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged, defective, or faulty product upon receipt
  • Product does not match the description, specifications, or images shown
  • Manufacturing defect or not functioning as advertised
  • Change of mind (only for eligible non-personalized items)
  1. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return/refund/replacement, the product must be:

  • Unused or in “like-new” condition (no signs of use, no scratches on components)
  • In original packaging with all seals intact (where applicable)
  • Including all original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, cables, boxes, and any free gifts/invoice
  • Returned with the original proof of purchase

Opened software, activated licenses, or used consumables (e.g., thermal paste if opened) are generally non-returnable.

  1. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following are typically non-returnable (common for tech/electronics sellers):

  • Opened or used software, licenses, or digital products
  • Activated products (e.g., Windows keys, pre-installed software)
  • Personalized/custom-built PCs or components
  • Hygiene-related items (if any)
  • Products explicitly marked “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale” on the product page
  • Perishable or consumable items once opened

Note: Even for non-returnable categories, defective, damaged, or wrong items are fully eligible for replacement or refund.

  1. How to Initiate a Return
  1. Log in to your account on www.acticals.com
  2. Go to My Orders → Select the relevant order
  3. Click Return / Replace and choose the reason
  4. Upload clear photos of the issue (damaged packaging, defect, wrong item, etc.) — this speeds up approval
  5. Submit the request within the return window
  6. Await approval and pickup details (most pickups are free in major cities; self-shipping may be required in some cases)
  1. Refund Process & Timeline
  • After we receive and inspect the returned item (usually 2–7 working days):
    • Refund processed within 3–5 working days if approved
  • Refund crediting time (to original payment method):
    • Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Netbanking → 5–10 working days
    • Wallets/Paytm → 1–5 days
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) → Refund to bank account or store credit (as applicable)
  • Refund amount = Paid amount – shipping charges (if non-refundable) – coupon/discount value – any restocking fee (if applicable for change-of-mind returns)

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable except in cases of seller error (wrong/defective item).

  1. Defective / Damaged Products

If the product arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional:

  • Report within 48–72 hours of delivery (with photos/videos)
  • You are entitled to free replacement or full refund (including shipping in most cases)
  • We comply fully with warranty terms and consumer laws—no refusal for genuine defects.
  1. Order Cancellation
  • Pre-shipment cancellations are allowed (full refund for pre-paid orders)
  • Post-shipment cancellations may not be possible if the order is already dispatched
