Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love everything you buy from us! However if
you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
1. Return Window
- You may return most items within 7–15 days from the date of delivery (Most common time period — 7 days for clothes/footwear, 10–15 days for electronics & other items)
- Some products are non-returnable — please check the product page and the label "Non-Returnable" before placing order
2. When can you return / replace an item?
You can return or request replacement in following cases:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged / Defective product
- Item doesn't match the description / images shown on website
- Size / Color / Model not as expected (size/fit issue)
- Changed your mind (only for eligible products)
3. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for return / refund, product must be:
- Unused / Unworn / Unwashed
- In original condition with all tags, labels & packaging intact
- With original box / protective packing, user manual, warranty card, freebies (if any)
- All accessories & invoice must be returned along with product
4. How to Return / Raise Return Request
- Go to My Orders section in your account
- Select the order & click Return / Replace
- Choose reason & upload photos (very helpful if damaged/wrong item)
- Submit return request within return window
- You will receive pickup confirmation (mostly free pickup)
Self-shipping option is also available in some cases.
5. Refund Process & Timeline
- Once we receive & inspect the returned product (usually 2–5 working days)
- Refund will be initiated within 2–5 working days
- Refund time to reach your account:
- UPI / Debit / Credit Card → 5–10 working days
- Netbanking → 5–10 working days
- Amazon Pay / Wallet → 1–3 days
- Cash on Delivery → Refund to Bank account / Gift Card (as per policy)
Note: Refund amount = Order amount – shipping charges (if any) – any discount/coupon already applied
6. Important – Non Returnable / Non Refundable Items (Common List)
- Innerwear, lingerie, socks, swimwear
- All personal care, cosmetics, perfumes (opened)
- Customized / personalized products
- Digital products (gift cards, software, recharge)
- Perishable items (food, flowers)
- Products marked as "Final Sale / Non-returnable" on the website
7. Defective / Damaged Product
Even if the product falls in non-returnable category, → if it is damaged, defective or not working → you are entitled to replacement or full refund (As per Consumer Protection Act & E-commerce Rules 2020)
8. Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel order before it is shipped
- Pre-paid orders → Full refund to original payment method
- COD orders → No cancellation charge

1. Return Window

2. Eligible Reasons for Return / Replacement
You can initiate a return or replacement for:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged, defective, or faulty product upon receipt
- Product does not match the description, specifications, or images shown
- Manufacturing defect or not functioning as advertised
- Change of mind (only for eligible non-personalized items)
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return/refund/replacement, the product must be:
- Unused or in "like-new" condition (no signs of use, no scratches on components)
- In original packaging with all seals intact (where applicable)
- Including all original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, cables, boxes, and any free gifts/invoice
- Returned with the original proof of purchase
Opened software, activated licenses, or used consumables (e.g., thermal paste if opened) are generally non-returnable.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following are typically non-returnable (common for tech/electronics sellers):
- Opened or used software, licenses, or digital products
- Activated products (e.g., Windows keys, pre-installed software)

Note: Even for non-returnable categories, defective, damaged, or wrong items are fully eligible for replacement or refund.
5. How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account on www.acticals.com
- Go to My Orders → Select the relevant order
- Click Return / Replace and choose the reason
- Upload clear photos of the issue (damaged packaging, defect, wrong item, etc.) — this speeds up approval
- Submit the request within the return window
- Await approval and pickup details (most pickups are free in major cities; self-shipping may be required in some cases)
6. Refund Process & Timeline
- After we receive and inspect the returned item (usually 2–7 working days):
- Refund processed within 3–5 working days if approved
- Refund crediting time (to original payment method):
- Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Netbanking → 5–10 working days
- Wallets/Paytm → 1–5 days
- Cash on Delivery (COD) → Refund to bank account or store credit (as applicable)
- Refund amount = Paid amount – shipping charges (if non-refundable) – coupon/discount value – any restocking fee (if applicable for change-of-mind returns)
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable except in cases of seller error (wrong/defective item).
7. Defective / Damaged Products
If the product arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional:
- Report within 48–72 hours of delivery (with photos/videos)
- You are entitled to free replacement or full refund (including shipping in most cases)
- We comply fully with warranty terms and consumer laws—no refusal for genuine defects.
8. Order Cancellation
